I'll be going on vacation and I've never been a solarium before - I want a tan before you go, do not burn, then!
Has anyone any advice? How long will it take? etc.

When we explained in a solarium a good reputation, and the other never before, which is likely to recommend, a short min session (8-ISH) on a bed with less power (400 -600) This builds a good foundation.
Use a moisturizing tanning beds and use a good pair of eye protection.
Do not make a habit, hammocks, but they are bad for the skin.
Have a great party.
