Bullion Fund Can A Panama Bank/business Have Your Assets Taken By The Gov?

Can a Panama bank/business have your assets taken by the Gov? - bullion fund

I have an account with E-Bullion, a place that has the gold can be traded online to anyone else. I have no money now because I do not know how secure that your assets taken by the government. E-Bullion is in Panama with headquarters in Delaware. Another question is why a company moves in FASHION this guy?

Let me start with the fact that, although Panama is not considered a developed country, but it is certainly the dome of the developing countries. The government is stable and have a class higher than average incomes. Democracies are rarely maintain assets first, if (a constitutional democracy, and Panama) is closely compared with his philosophy. The risk of Panama to use the assets of the private sector seems in my opinion, little or not at all.

E-Bullion is actually a company incorporated and registered in Panama. The company, which manages the reserve, is short of a Delaware corporation, and "Goldfinger Bullion Reserve Corporation," or GBRC.

This has to do with the various legal issues, that is U.S. law, the ownership of foreign assets on behalf of investors. I am sure that the process on behalf of individual investors like you, it is much easier to attract customers simplified (Imagine that you have to tax and legal framework for foreign ownership supports many individual assetss, which is a nightmare!)

GBRC seems to be the exclusive property of E-Bullion, however, are separated essentially the same company again only for legal reasons.

As you probably think why the screw in Panama can not think of two possible causes. One of them, and I hate being redundant, there are probably more legal issues in the physical trade in international assets, which could reasonably be accommodated by staying in their home assets. Thinking more along the lines of operating expenses for the company with a large majority of the precious metal mines in Central America is a major reason for the storage. The net cost for the transportation of bulk commodities metals (excluding insurance paid by the Arcane reimbursement guarantee in case of shortage) to secure place is enormous. Storage in the vicinity of the source seems to be the cost-effective management of the company in particular.

Supplementing its outstanding statements in front of me, I would like to add that we should not worry. The United States Govt. Unable to place parts of Panama and enter the account funds from E-Bullion is in Panama banks or foreign banks, also in Panama. There should be a legal process, if the funds managed by e-Bullion was laundering funds from drug trafficking or funds linked to terrorist activities. Since that Panama is a tax haven, the foreign tax evasion is not a crime in Panama, and therefore the funds are not arrested for.

The configuration structure of the company, both for tax purposes. Except that the IRS does not like e-gold or gold-digital, as they transfer funds from one jurisdiction to higher taxes in a tax haven with little or no trace. In fact, e-gold had problems with the tax because it is an American company and its funds in the United States, it is logical that the e-mail settings, bars offshore structure.
