I juice fasted for 7 days and lost 10 pounds in a week. I was not thinking clearly, and increased my energy. The downside is that my muscle mass decreases. What experience do to the human proteins (milk, casein, soy) in the year. Then you are leaning that way too fast and not sacrifice muscle mass? And experience the benefits of energy and clarity of mind?

Protein does not muscle mass, the biggest mistake ever. When fast just slow down the metabolism of all shapes and weight gain.
